Visitor Management Packages

DED offer a number of complete visitor management packages designed to suit the needs of a busy reception. All three packages are

based around the DeskFive visitor management software which enables the operator to quickly and easily check a visitor in, associate them

with a staff member and record the time they arrive and leave site. DeskFive also produces powerful tracking reports including an

emergency evacuation report, an essential item to meet health and safety requirements.

Visitor Management Package 1 - Low Cost Badge Printer & Software

This entry level visitor management package has been put together for those

who need a high speed visitor check in and low security. It is ideal for users who

wish to produce a badge for short term use to include text such as visitor name

and company, but no photo.

Offering quick and easy thermal badge printing with the Star Micronics TSP743

printer, this package comes with everything needed to get a system up and

running, complete with DeskFive Premier visitor management software and

enough consumables to print 500 visitor passes on card stock of 145 gsm thick.

Blank passes are supplied on a roll and come pre punched with a slot, into

which a clip fits to enable the visitor to attach the badge to themselves. Passes

are automatically cut from the roll once printed.

DeskFive is a powerful, yet simple to operate visitor management system offering real time visitor tracking, automatic

email notification of visitor arrival, plus relevant reports such as visitor history and emergency evacuation.

This visitor management package is perfect for counter top use, thanks to the compact footprint of the Star Micronics

This entry level visitor management package has been put together for those

who need a high speed visitor check in and medium security. It is ideal for users

who wish to produce a badge for short term use to include text such as visitor

name and company, but no photo.

Offering quick and easy thermal printing with the Star Micronics TSP828 printer,

this package comes with everything needed to get a system up and running,

complete with DeskFive Premier visitor management software and enough

consumables to print 1000 TempBadge time delay visitor passes which will

expire automatically one day from the time of issue. TempBadges come pre

punched with a slot, into which a clip fits to enable the visitor to attach the badge

to themselves.
