Receipt Paper Low:
The paper low assembly lights the On Line, Paper Status, Error LED when the
roll is almost exhausted. When the roller ball on the assembly slips into the
hollow core of the paper roll, a microswitch opens and paper low is indicated.
The customer can adjust the paper low assembly:
Paper Low Setting Amount of POS Paper Left
Factory setting

10 feet*
Turn screw 1 revolution
clockwise
Decrease amount left by 5 feet.
Turn screw 1 revolution
CCW
Increase amount left by 5 feet.
Turn screw all the way
down CW
Paper low is disabled.
* The above lengths are based on a core diameter of 22 ± 0.5 mm (0.87 inch)
outside, 11.5 ± 0.5 mm (0.45 inch) inside.
