Selects or cancels 6 dot/mm in A756 Emulation
Mode.
When the 6 dot/mm emulation is selected, logos and graphics are
expanded horizontally and vertically to emulate their size on a 6
dot/mm printer. The horizontal positioning commands also emulate
positioning on a 6 dot/mm printer.
Exception:
This command is available in A758 Native
Mode only.
